3 Steps to Ultimate Fitness

Each practice comprises short courses and follow up flow classes. All our courses are conducted online via Zoom.

  • If you feel tired yet wired, lacking in energy and struggling with your fitness, start with Build and work up to Boost
  • If you are fragile with health issues that preclude exercise, simply focus on Be and work up to Build
  • If you are a fitness fanatic, you can go straight into Build or Boost, and addin Be to relax your nervous system

Listen to how your body is feeling. Even if you are super fit, if your limbs are tired then recovery is key. Weave the breathing and gentle movements of our Be practice into your workout schedule for hugely beneficial results.
