At the beginning of lockdown 2020, our founder Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Life Healer, Katie Brindle began sharing her daily movement practice love on Instagram. After starting with just a few viewers, the incredible benefits of Qigong on mind and body led her community to grow to thousands.

After so many of you asked for a deeper insight into the practice, Hayo’uFit was born in the Autumn of 2020 to provide Qigong anytime, anywhere with the UK’s leading instructors.
