  • The perfect class for beginners that moves the whole body. The 12 rivers sequence is a set of considered movements combined with breathwork that heal your emotions, improve health and increase energy.

  • Our most dynamic class that raises your heart rate without straining the muscles. As the name implies, his class is based on the movements of five animals; the dragon, tiger, leopard, snake, and crane.

  • Think of this class as a moving meditation, leaving you feeling calm, relaxed yet energised. A combination of gentle restorative breathing and movement.

  • A 20 minute flow designed to set your energy for the day. Chinese wisdom advises that your active energy rises in the morning, so just after sunrise is the best time of the day to move.

  • Exclusive to Hayo’uFit, this calming, gentle practice is designed to lift your energy and relax the body. A combination of four different qigong techniques including 12 Rivers and Between Heaven and Earth.

  • Perfect if you’re new to qigong, feeling unwell or looking for a more gentle practice, this flow incorporates Shibashi, a form of tai chi to focus on the joints and mobility.

  • A strong, dynamic flow working on sculpting and strength. Restoring a sense of energy and calm to the body, you will focus on the 5 key organs and their corresponding elements, which in Chinese Medicine are known as the secret to good health.

  • Tao Yin, is a dynamic, breath centred practice, combining gentle stretching and flowing movements. Use a mixture of floor based and standing movement to help achieve external and internal balance.

  • Our most energising and strengthening practice. A unique combination of mindful movements designed to increase energy throughout the body and create flexible strength.
